Kristen Monroe has been an Allstate agency owner for over 8 years. She has earned numerous awards including multiple Inner Circle Elite, Circle of Champions and Honor Ring designations as well as individual recognition for Community Service activities performed by her agencies. Throughout her tenure with Allstate, she has purchased several existing agencies, opened and managed multiple satellite agency locations, opened a scratch book of business, and is currently serving as an Agency Sales hub location. Kristen is also a licensed real estate agent and has experience working in residential real estate, commercial leasing & development, and real estate investing in both Ohio and Florida. Kristen has a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Kent State University and continues to regularly seek out educational experiences that will improve your experience with CWB. Lastly, and most importantly, Kristen is a proud mom of three children, who are all actively involved in sports, academics, and community service activities.
